Survey Introduction

We cordially invite you to participate in this survey as a client who has accessed the counselling services offered by the Criminal Injuries Counselling Program (CIC). This survey is part of an evaluation being conducted by the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism (OEA), specifically to assess whether the CIC Program is equitable, accessible and culturally responsive. This brief survey will ask you to share your experience with the program and offer opportunity for you to provide feedback to help inform the evaluation process. Your participation can help identify areas for improvement and our knowledge, experience and insight will help contribute to creating recommendations for a more equitable, accessible and culturally responsive CIC program in Nova Scotia.

Deciding whether to complete this survey is completely your choice, meaning that it is voluntary. If you decide not to participate, we fully respect your decision. Under no circumstances will your application or client status with the CIC program or the offered services, currently or in the future, be impacted by your decision to participate in this evaluation. The CIC program team will not have access to your personal identifying information.
