This survey is part of an evaluation of the Criminal Injuries Counselling Program (CIC) Program being conducted by the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism (OEA). This brief survey will offer you an opportunity to share your experience with the program in order to inform the evaluation process. Your participation can help identify areas for improvement and contribute to creating recommendations for a more equitable, accessible and culturally responsive CIC program in Nova Scotia.
Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. Under no circumstances will your application or client status with the CIC program or the offered services, currently or in the future, be impacted by your decision to participate in this evaluation. The CIC program team will not have access to your personal identifying information.
Information about the content of the survey
The estimated time to complete the survey is 15-20 minutes. The survey will ask eleven questions on the program and seven demographic questions. If you decide to participate, no personal information or identifiers will be collected. Meaning that the survey is anonymous and your responses will only be accessible to the OEA Evaluation Team.
Potential Risks
The nature of some of the questions may contribute to emotional or psychological distress or discomfort. At all times, we are committed to being respectful and sensitive to your needs. You have the option to skip questions based on your personal comfort level with the topics being discussed or withdraw your participation at any time.
